Hypnotherapy helps you gain clarity on your deeply unconscious desires and treats long-term conditions. This involves being put into altered state of mind by your coach after which they will guide you forward.


Relationship Enhancer


Ho’oponopono resolves relationship disputes when none other can.  For this technique people practice forgiveness whereby they are guided through four steps by the coach, after which the conflict is to put to rest forever.

Neuro linguistic programming is a guidance technique that helps you see how your brain functions and why negative thoughts are created. It then helps you change them to more positive ones through the use of language.

Mindfulness is a very simple form of meditation paying attention to the present moment experiences with acceptance and compassion, without Judgment. You will meet your therapist regularly, usually once a week, for several months, or sometimes even years. Individual sessions last about 50 minutes, but group sessions are often a bit longer.

The Initial Meeting

Take The First Step

During the initial meeting we will explore your current needs. Your coach and you will then collaboratively identify the best treatment or healing to alleviate your problem or the best coaching method to improve yourself. After this you and your coach will create an action plan that will help you move closer to achieving your full potential.

The Way Forward

The progress

After this initial meeting you and your coach will meet up for sessions at a consistent pre-agreed time. During these sessions the coach will discuss with you how the healing, treatment or coaching are working, what is going well and what needs improvement. The coach will then adjust the meetings to suit your needs as you evolve in the meetings.

Milestone Reached


When you feel like the progress you wanted has been achieved you can either choose to improve a different area of your life or you can stop the sessions. Whichever choice you make we will always be there for you. If you choose to stop the sessions, know that we will always be there you to lend a helping hand or tackle more issues in the future.
